SCTC will be sponsoring a swim clinic at the UIC Sport and Fitness Center located at 828 S. Wolcott on Dec. 3 from 8-9:30 p.m.. The pool is located in the lower level of the facility. We will have the entire 25 meter pool! The clinic will involve a 90 minute workout, including drill instruction and swim stroke instruction during the clinic. During the clinic I will videotape each member above the water and below the water. After the clinic I will perform a swim stroke analysis using Dartfish software and each participant will receive a CD containing the swim stroke analysis within 3 weeks post-clinic. The CDs can either be picked up in Brookfield or if it is more convenient, I can mail the CD to you. The cost of the clinic and swim stroke analysis is $25. A minimum of 6 SCTC members are required in order for this clinic to be held.
