SCTC will be sponsoring a swim clinic at the UIC Sport and Fitness Center located at 828 S. Wolcott on Nov. 11 from 8-9:30 p.m. The pool is located in the lower level of the facility. We will have the entire 25-meter pool! The clinic will involve a 90-minute workout, including drill instruction and swim stroke instruction during the clinic. During the clinic coach Brett will videotape each athlete above and below the water. After the clinic coach Brett will perform the swim stroke analysis using Dartfish software and each participant will receive a CD containing the swim stroke analysis within 3 weeks post-clinic. The CDs can either be picked up in Brookfield or if it is more convenient, will be mailed to you.

There is metered parking and garages available in the area. We will be posting carpool a couple days before the clinic.
