The official start time for Sunday group rides is 6:30 a.m. sharp.

We had a great turnout and a great time at the last of the indoor tri series Sunday, March 9. We were each assigned and athlete and followed them through their 10 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and 15 minute run recording their lengths, miles, and laps. Thanks to everyone who came out to volunteer and promote the club.
